(by telegraph—press association). Auckland, Last Night, At the Supreme Court sessions, Edward Trevor on a charge of assaulting Phillip Sandford, was acquitted. Inspector Emerson leaves to-morrow for Ruatoki, via Opotiki, to settle the native disturbance there.
