Whereas the Kihikikihi Town Board propose to stop all that put of Brycestreet which lies between Oliver-street and Atkinson-street, and all that part of Dick-street which liei between Northstreet and Grey-street, all of which streets are in the Town District of Kihikihi ; And whereas at a meeting of ratepayers held under the provisions of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1886, Amendment Act, 1896 (No. 2)," on the 13th day of August, 1898, it was decided by a majority of the ratepayers then present that the said streets should be stopped ; And whereas the Kihikihi Town Board haze applied to me to confirm the said decision of the ratepayers : I hereby give notice that I shall sit at the Town Hall, Kihikihi, on THURSDAY, the 22nd day of September, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, to take evidence as to the desirability of stopping the said streets and to henr any objections thereto by perrons likely to suffer injury thereby.
