KAISER AND BRITAIN.
CHEERS FOR THE QUEEN
(by electric telegraph.—copyright). Berlin, September 5. The Emperor was present at a carnp service held in Waterloo Place, in Hanover. After the sermon he alluded to the Germans and British at Waterloo, and announced General Kitchener's victory in the Soudan. He called for cheers for Queen Victoria as chhf of the regiment of German Dragoons, of which she is honorary colonel.
