WAIKATO LICENSING COMMITTEE.
The quarterly meeting of the Waikato Licensing Committee was held at the Courthouee, Hamilton, yesterday morning. Capt. Jackson presided, and there were also prescii 1 .: Messrs C. J.Storey, Geo Edgecumbe, J. P. Bailey, and I. Coates.
Star Hotel.—The only business was an application for a transfer of the license of the Star Hotel, Kihikihi, from Mr Ceo. Maunder to Mr Thos. Porter, whicli was granted.
