CORONER'S INQUESTS.
TO THE EDITOR. Sin,— At a recent inquest held here the coroner who sat was called upon to come from Te Awamutu. 1 would ask through the columns of your paper if there is not a Justice of the Peace at Ngaruawahia of sullicient intelligence to act as dejtaty-corouer, or is the constable who calle:! upon the coroner not aware of the law in sucli a case.— I am, etc., Waii'A.
