WET SADDLES. The effects of riding in wet saddles are many and various. The subject has its serious aspect. In the bush, in the midst of pouring rain with no shelter, the unhappy rider cannot help himself. Mr. W. Shrader, of 436 Victoria-street, Darlinghurst, Sydney, says he attributes the severe rheumatism, from which he recently suffered, to riding in wet saddles and camping out in all weathers. Every remedy tried proved futile until Dr. Williams’ Pink Pills for Pale People were resorted to, when a permanent cure resulted. Mr Shrader said : “ Twelve months ago 1 began to suffer from serious rheumatic pains in my back and loins, and in the back of my thighs, particularly when there was a change of weather or temperature; the agony was insupportable, Having consulted various doctors, and tried a host of much-vaunted patent medicines, with a like want of result, I was advised by a friend who had also been a very great sufferer from rheumatism, to try Dr. Williams’ Pink Pills for Pale People as they had restored him to perfect health, I was at first loth to spend any more money in advertised specifics, but seeing the wonderful change they had effected in him (for seeing is believing), I was induced to give them a trial, and bought some boxes. I commenced taking them, following the printed directions which accompany each box. After taking two boxes the pains began to leave me, and my appetite, which had been .very poor, improved immensely. I went steadily on with the pills and finished two more boxes. I now feci as well as I look, and am as strong and healthy as ever I was in ray life. I am convinced in my own mind that my cure has been solely effected by Dr, Williams’ Pink Pills. I recommend them to my friends (1 consider it my duty to do so), and 1 trust those who are ailing will follow my example and not prolong their sufferings when a simple remedy is at hand.'’ A perfect blood-builder and nerve-re-storer, Dr. Williams’ Pink Pills have cured some thousands of cases of rheumatism, neuralgia, partial paralysis, locomotor ataxia, St. Vitus’ dance, nervous headache, nervous prostration, the after-effects of influenza, dengue and typhoid fevers, severe colds, diseases depending on humors in the blood, such as scrofula, chronic erysipelas, &c. Dr. Williams’ Pink Pills give a healthy glow to pale and sallow complexions, and are a specific for the troubles peculiar to ladies, while in men they effect a radical cure iu all cases arising from mental worry, over-work, and excesses of any nature. Sold by chemists and storekeepers generally, or the Dr. Williams’ MediciueCo., Wellington, N.Z., will forward, on receipt of stamps or post order, one box fords, or half-a-dozen for IBs 6d. In purchasing the pills from retailers note that the genuine pills bear the full name, Dr. Williams’ Pink Pills for Pale People, iu red ink.
