THE HOOLEY CASE.
(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH"— COPYRIGHT). London, August 17. Me Justice Wright found that Lord Do la Warr had been guilty of indiscretion, and ordered him to pay the costs. Broadley was found guilty of subornation to perjury, and was also ordered to pay costs. The charge against Biadshaw was dismissed, and that against Rucker was adjourned.
