(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT). Rome, August 23. A despatch has been received hero from St. Petersburg denying the report that King Monelik of Abyssinia had ceded Raheita Pay, on tho Red Sea, opposite Perim, as a coaling station to Russia.
