Silt,—l see by your issue ol 9th inat. that one of your staff has paid a vi3it to the Ngaruawahia Butter Factory. _ In regard to what you say re Pasteurising, if anything cau be done in the interest of the suppliers, or of the firm itself, I feel sure that we have in Mr Morris the right man to do it, for he is not only a pushing, energetic man, but also a moat courteous and obliging gentleman.—l am, &c, Supplier.
