PIRONGIA. A meeting of the miik suppliers to the Alexandra creamery was held at Mr Finch's Hotel on Saturday afternoon last, for the purpose of electing two delegates to attend and represent them at the Ohaupo meeting. Mr J. G. Berry was called to the chair.—Nearly all the suppliers to the creamery were present. —The chairman having read the notice convening the meeting, Mr W. H. James then gave an account of what had been done at the late Ohaupo meeting, and the proposal that the whole of the Waikato suppliers should form a Union. The meeting was apparently unanimous that a Union should be formed, and were fully in accord with the resolutions passed at Ohaupo, and that a higher price should be paid for this season's milk. —Several of the clauses of the new regulations issued by Mr Spragg were read and discussed ; some of them were considered arbitrary, and the delegates were requested to bring them forward at the general meeting to be held at Ohaupo for discussion then.—On the motion of Mr E. H. Aubin, seconded by Mr Thos. Bainbridge, Messrs J. G. Berry and W. H. James were unanimously chosen as the Alexandra .creamery delegates.—A vote of thanks to the chairman terminated the meeting.—(Own Correspondent.)
