(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. COPYRIGHT). Cairo, July 27. The Khalifa has annouuccd that he will personally lead his army against the Anglo-Egyptian expedition. The Khalifa's army is concentrating at Oiudurnnn and Kerreai. The Sheiks of Kordofan have presented a petition to the Khalifa, requesting him to reside at El Obeid and Eara if defeated at Oniduapan. He has consented. ™ Zanzibar, July 27. The Dervishes are threatening a town on the Congo. Help is being sent from Uganda.
