The more a man gets left the more he talks about his rights. Last year there were about 1100 collisions in Berlin between cyclists and other persona on vehicles, There were two fatal accidents. All the local bodies in the Waipa, Waikato, Piako and Raglan Counties advertise in TliE Waikato Argus. This in itself, proves that the Argus is the best advertising medium. " There can be two opinions about everything " but as " there is no rule without an exception, the exception proving the rule," there cannot he two opinions about The Waikato Akocs having the largest circulation of any paper in the four counties iu which it principally circulates—viz., Waikato, Waipa, Piako and Raglau. The advertising public are fully alive to this fact, as the columua of the paper prove.
