Importers, for the first time for some years, obtained covering rates. There was a strong demand for better classes, both locally and for export. ALIENS RESTRICTION BILL. Melbourne, July 21. In the Legislative Assembly the Aliens Restriction Bill was read a third time. THE MISSING PROSPEGiORS. HoBART, jiTy 22. Tho belongings of the missing prospectors, Webster and Goodall, were found in the river in which evidently they were drowned in attempting to cross. _____■■■«■
