The Cuban Junta has warned General Garcia that his attitude towards the Americans is imperilling the Cuban cause. Washington, Jnly 21. Arrangements have been made with the Spanish Trans-Atlantic Steamship Company to convey the surrendered garrison to Spain within three weeks at a cost of 535,000 dollars. Many Spaniards are reluctant to leave the island and are applying to be naturalised as Cubans.
