THE LICENSING LAW
(BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION). Dr/NEDIN, Last Night. The Otago Prohibition Council passed a resolution strenuously objecting to Mr J. A. Millar's Licensing Bill as an outrage on common sense and entirely in the interests of the liquor trade. The resolution is to be sent to the Premier and the cily members.
