Local and Canterbury Hobarta are dull of sale. Onions still improving. Pumpkins, carrot 3 and mangolds plentiful and cheap. Eggs weak. Dairy butter again scarce and firm in value. Taranaki butter in good demand at,a slight decline. Keg butter going off well; pastry still scarce. Old maize sold at 2s 8d to 2s lOd ; new unsaleable. Apples dull of sale. Poultry and pigs in good demand. Pork again rose in ?rice.
