OUTRAGE IN LONDON.
(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH —COPYBIGHT). London, June 16. Trodd, a German tailor, twice shot at Count Arcovalley, the first Secretary German Embassy in London. It is supposed that he mistook the Count for the Ambassador. The wounds inflicted are not serious. The man also fired at the arresting policeman. He is regarded as insane.
