OFFICERS REINSTATED. (BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.—COPYRIGHT). London, June 13. In the House of Commons, Lord Landsdowne stated that the officers, excepting Sir John Willoughby and Colonel Rhodes, who took part in Dr. Jameson's Transvaal Raid, and were subsequently cashiered, have been recomniisaioned on half pay unattached, while Major Coventry has been reinstated as a militia officer at the bottom of the list.
