OWER'S BANKRUPTCY CASE,
(by teleoraph—press association). Timaru, Last Night As tho jury could not agree in 1). Ower's case, a fresh jury was empannelled and the accused retried. He was found guilty of not keeping proper books and accounts, convicted, and ordered to come up for sentence when culled upon. W. Ower, charged with making payments out of the regular course of business, was found not guilty.
