(BY TELEGRAPH-TRESS ASSOCIATION). THE PREMIER AT BLENHEIM Blenheim, Tuesday. The Premier addressed a crowded meeting last night. He spoke for three hours and severely criticised the tactics of the Opposition, stating tint if those who opposed the Government would persist in accusing them of corruption while never proving a single case he might be tempted to give them such exposures as would make them regret their charges of maladministration. A resolution, appreciative of Mr Seddon's distinguished services to the colony and expressing confidence in him as Premier, and also in the Government, was carried. MR MOORE AT KAIAPOI. Cheistchurch, Tuesday. Mr Moore, member for Kaiapoi, addressing his constituents, adversely criticised the administration of the Government. He received a vote of confidence.
