Auckland, Last Night. The second day's racing of the North New Zealand Grand National Meeting took place in a drizzling rain, yet there was a good attendance, £B4OB being put through the totalisator. A protest was entered by the owner of the second horse against the stakes going to Crusoe on the ground of inconsistent running, and was held over for decision until the morning. If dismissed Crusoe's dividend will be £lO 14s; if sustained Castashore will pay £3l 7s. .
