THE SPANISH PHILIPPINE FLEET.
Hong Kong, May 26. The captain of the Spanish cruiser Den Juan do Austria, which was blown up during the battle of Manila, has arrived at Hong Kong. He declares that Montiojo's squadron was disgracefully neglected, only four vessels being iu fighting condition.
