SPANISH OFFICERS COURTMARTIALLED.
Hongkong, May 2b. The captain of the Spanish gunboat Cullao, captured by the Americans while entering Manila harbour in ignoranco of the blockade, has been court-murtialled and shot for surrendering without fighting. Admiral Montiejo, Commander inChief of the Spanish Philippine squadron, who was wounded during the battle of Manila, is being courtmartialled on charges of cowardice and incompetency.
