EXPLOSION AT CARTAGENA.
(Received May 23,10.40 p.m.) Madrid, May 22. By an explosion in the fortress at Cartagena, the chief naval arsenal of Spain, ten men were killed and sixtytwo wounded, the Governor being among the latter.
