WELLINGTON WEATHER.
<y (by telegraph—press association). Wellington, Last Night. The weather, which since Sunday has been a succession of northerly gales with rain, changed this afternoon to southwest, and between l"and 5 nearly an inch of rain has fallen. The wind has been moderate since the break-up of the fine weather, but 2"34 inches of rain has fallen, which is more than all last May.
