(BY BLECIEie telegraph—copyright). London, May 7. In the House of Commons Mr J. Chamberlain made a spirited reply to the attacks on the British South Africa Chartered Company's policy in Rhodesia. He stated that the Government were considering the guaranteeing of a railway to Lake Tanganyika.
