NEW PLYMOUTH BREAKWATER.
(by telegraph—press association). Wellington, Last Night. A deputation from the New Plymouth Harbour Board saw the Minister of Railways again, and obtained from him an assurance that there was no intention tointerfere with the use of the breakwater by the Board any more than hitherto.
