BREACHES OF AGREEMENT. (by telegram—press association). Wellington, Last Nipht. In a case, which is the first of its kind, before the B.M. Court, in which the Tailor's Union claim £9 10s from Messrs Veitch and Allan, for alleged breaches of agreement with the Conciliation Board by making what is alleged to be improper deductions in wages and employing more weekly men and apprentices than they agreed to employ ; also for paying three hands at less than tho minimum wages. This morning one count WB.s abandoned and another could not be maintained. On the third the S.M. gave judgment for the plaintiffs, for Is and costs.
