SOUDAN CAMPAIGN.
London, April 14. Advices to hand state that Sir Herbert Kitchener made a triumphal entry into Berber amidst great rejoicings, Mahmud and 2000 prisoners following in the procession. Slatin Bey, who was so long a prisoner in the Mahdi's hands, reminded Mahmud of their meetings in former years. Mahmud replied: "Wait until you reach Khartoum."
