THE "SONJET" SHEEP DRENCH.

The Live Stock Remedy Company, through their agents, the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, have just issued to their clienfl and the general public a circular setting forth some of the benefits to be derived from a judicious use ot '•Sonjet" as a cure for lungworm, tappvorni aud fluke in sheep and lambs*, and also as a reliable lonic remedy for weuk and ill-doing farm animals generally. It is scarcely necessary to add anythiog to the recommendations contained in the circular, inasmuch as by our most practical stockowner3 " Son jet" is admitted to be all the makers claim for it, and is petting into general use on sheep farms. It may, however, be mentioned that short pipers (baling with luugworm, tapeworm and fluke, are given in the circular (which is issued from The WaiKATO Argus Oflice in neat booklet form), and are worthy ot cartful perusal by stock-owners, it being the opinion of many sheep farmers that the tapeworm [Taenia Expansu) decs more damage among lambs and hoggets in Waikato than tin much dreaded luugworm, and for expelling these parasites "Sonjet'' 1 has no equal. There are some stockowners (though getting few in numbers) who, being sceptical of the efficacy of physicing farm animals, specially sheep, lose much time and money in providing extra feed, special crops of lape, etc., with which only to combat the inevitable parasitic diseases that attack young sheep, upon all but the very newest lands ; but who could, by administering a good tonic drench and vermifuge, such as " Sonjet," clear their flocks of the worst puasities within a few hours ; and thus enable them to go ahead and obtain the full benefit of the generous feeding. 7 ime is money in nothing more than stock-breeding and fattening ; aud every day during which lambs, hoggets or calves are allowed to suffer from parasitic disease, is a clear money loss to their owners, as not only are the animals kept back and stunted in growth, but—what is of equal importance—their feed is practically thrown away. We recommend our farming friends (who have not done so) to obtain a copy of the Live Stock Remedy Company's latest circular, and give, the " Sonjet " a fair trial.
