SOUDAN CAMPAIGN.
London, March 28. Latest advices from the Soudan state that Mahmud, the Dervish leader, hesitates to attack the British. One evening ho ordered an advance to be made, but next morniug he countermanded it, alleging bis fears that the Turks are approuching to annihilate his forces. The Times states that the Dervishes will soon be compelled to retire upon Shendy or fight the British.
