COLONIAL TRADE.
00 M MERCIAL TRE ARTIES. London, March 29. Mu Chamberlain states that the colonies will not bo included in the new commercial treaties with Belgium and Germany without their consent being obtained. In the House of Commons Mr Chamberlain stated that the colonies had not replied to his quostions regarding the granting of preferential trade treatment to Britaiu.
