PULLING A HORSE. (by telegraph.—own correspondent ) Palmereton North, Last Night. At a meeting of the stewards of the Manawatu Ricing Club, on Saturday night, R. Kingnn and P. Kingan, trainer and lider, were disqualified for six and twelve months respectively, on a charge of pulliug Off Chance in the Hack Race at the Autum Meetiug.
