(BY TELEGRAPH—OWN CORRESPONDENT). Wellington, Last Night. A Fresh Food and Ice Company is being formed to conduct business on lines similar to tho-e established in Australia. It is intended, among other things, to provide a regular supply of pasteurized milk.
