The Government Produce Expert in Loudon reports that though a very small quantity of meat cime to hand in the preceding month, the trade remained exceptionally dull, with low prices and no iucrea.se in the demand for New Zealand mutton. Mr Cameron again urges that producers Bhould seriously consider the best means of extending the market. Few lambs were in the market, and the prices obtained were good, although some were by no means creditable specimens.
