FRANCE MOBILISING.
Paris, March 17. France is mobilising her fleet. The northern squadron has been ordered to hold itself in readiness, and great activity is displayed in the dockyards at Cherbourg and Brest. All leave has been stopped, and the Admirals have been ordered to, repair to Paris within twenty-four hours.
