AUCKLAND SHAREMARKET.
(BY TELEGRAPH—OWN CORRESPONDENT). Auckland, Last Nipht. To day New Zealand Insurance shares sold at 67s 6d. For National 15s 6d was offeed. There were buyers for South British at 50s, and sellers at sls. River Plates were asked for at 15s 91. Gisborne, Thames ami Auckland Gas (new issue) had buyers at la'e quotations. Hikuranai Coal, Taupiri, New Zealand Drug, Northern Boot, and Onion Oil were likewise sought after. Great Barrier Gold and Silver shares were in demand, aides taking place at 2s 3d, with buyers at 2s lOd ; tor paid-up Barrier Reefs there were offers to quit at 3& ; buyers offered 2d for lonas. In leading Thames mines there were huyerp, lid being offered for Sheridans (paidup).
