Paris, March 2. In the Chamber of Deputies M. Hanotaux stated that he had every reason to hope that the Anglo-French Commission for the delimitation of boundaries in West Africa would arrive at an understanding. The Temps questions tho right of Colonel MoCallura to conclude a treaty with the King of Borgu.
