The steamer St. Louis, belonging to the Internaticna) Navigation Coy., of New York, fell in with the Nether-land-Auierican liner Veendaui in the Atlantic in a sinking condition and rescued two hundred and ten passengers with great difficulty, as the heavy seas were breaking over the Veendani and the bouts had great trouble in appioaching her.
