JAMESON'S RAID.
London. February 12. A Blue Book has been published containing seven despatches from Mr Chamberlain on the Transvaal Baid. in which he informed the Chartered Company that they must make reasonable compensation for Dr. Jameboii's unlawful act. He doss not entertain the claim for moral and intellectual damage, but he emphatically upholds the suzerainty of Great Britain. Ho declines to agree to arbitration on the interpretation of the convention between the Transvaal and England.
