FRENCH POLICY.

Pabis, February 8. In the Chamber of Deputies M. Hanotaux, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, said that France was still upholding the rights of the Powers interested in the free navigation of the Nile. He claimed that France had specially saved Greece from disaster, and declined to further explain the Franco-Russian alliance. He added that precautions had been taken to protect Freuch interests in the event of the fall of China.
