CANADIAN TRADE.
Ottawa, February 7. Sir Ciias. TUPPER, ex High Commissioner of Canada, speaking at Ottawa, accuses the Premier, Sir W. Laurier, of repudiating preferential trade. Sir W. Laurier had said that so long as Canada refused to surrender tariff it was useless to preach preferential trade principles.
