The match Englishmen v. New South Wales ua3 commenced at Sydney on Satu day. At the close of the day's p'ay the " L'ormta ks " had seven wickets down for 297,- MuKenre (130) being the principal contributor. The fifth test match has been postponed to the 26th hist. There was a attendance ot member.! ot the Hamilton Cricket Club at Sydney Square on Saturday afternoon and an excellent practice was engaged in. Another practice will be held to-morow afternoon, when as many 4Q[ members as possible arc lcqucsted to attend.
