Name, age, pedigree and performances of horse, and colours of riders to be sent with nomination. Any jockey riding except in colours enttred will be fined lsov. No entry will be received for any of the races exctpt on th ; s condition : That all disputes, claims and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a mojority of the Stewards present, or those whem they may appoint.
