RIOTS IN CRETE.
ATHENS, January 25. The ringleaders of the Moslem riots in Heraklion, Cret«*, have been arrested. The Moslems are furious at this action on the part of the authorities, and threaten to rush the Christian quarter. In response to an appeal by the Governor of the city a party of blue jackets was landed from tho British warships for tho purposes of restoring order.
