(by telegraph.—own correspondent). Wellington, Last Night. Two more Sunday trading cases were before the Court this morning. The licensee of the Imperial Hotel was fined £7 and coats, execution being suspended to allow of an appeal. In the charge against the Foresters Arms, the de c ence swore that although ten men were in the bar parlour, and the constables said they saw glasses with liquor on which froth stood, no liquor had beeii served by anyone. The MugU trate said on the face of this evidence he could not convict.
