Jn pursuance of the provisions of Section 122 of "The Public Works Act, 1894," the KIRIKIRIROA ROAD BOARD hereby call a MEETING of the ratepayers of the Kirikiriroa Road District to be held in the Waikato Couuty Council Chamber, Hamilton East, at 3 in the afternoon, on FRIDAY, the fourth day of February. 1898, to decide whether or not a road running between Allotment Number 227 and Allotment Number 237 of the Parish of Kirikiriroa shall be stopped. ACCEPTANCES and GENERAL ENTRIES, with fees, to be in the handa of the Secretary, Tauranga, by 8 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, February 9th, 1898. 5. If a walk over only half Btakes wdl be given. 6. Owners and trainers training horses on the course without permission from the Secretary will be disqualified. 7. Races to be ridden in proper costume. Attention is called to this rule, as it will be strictly enforced under a penalty of lsov. 8. No nomination or acceptance will be received under any pretence whatever after the hour named or without the necessary amount of cash. 9.
