METEOROLOGICAL. WELLINGTON, January 14th. —Weatherforecast for 21 hours from 0 a.m. thin day : —Wind : Between north and west and south-west at all places north of Napier and Wanganui, and between north-west and west and south at all other places. Barometer : Further fall at all places north of Napier and Wanganui, fall, but rising after 10 hours from thence south to Lyttelton and Hokitika, fall but rising within 10 hours from thence south. Sea: Heavy on both coasts. Tides : Generally high northerly gales are to be expected at all places north of East Cape, Taupo and R.iglan, and heavy west gales changing to the south at all other places. Rain is probable south of East Cape, Taupo and Raglan.
