THE ORPEN CASE.
(BY TELEGRAPH.— OWN CORRESPONDENT). Adckland, Last Night. Detective Madden has bean appointed to go to America and take the warrant for the arrest of Dr. Orpen. Detective Madden first proceeds to Wellington with the depositions, leaviug by the steamer on Thursday next. The Justice Department has already communicated with the Home authorities on the mutter
The Alameda, by which Orpen took a ate rage ticket in the name of Herbert, is due to arrive at San Francisco at the end of the present week.
