Wixijnoton, December 31.—Weather furecast for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this tlay .—Wind between north and west and south-west at all places northward of Napier and New Plymouth and southward of Timaru and Qucenstown, and between north-east and north and west at all other places. Barometer : Fall everywhere ; sea heavy on East Coast, fouth of Napier and rough on all western coast. Tides: Good on Y\est Coast, north of We3t port, and on East Coast, south of Napier ; moderate elsewhere. Strong westerly winds, are to be expected at all places south of N'.picr arid New Plymouth.
